WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

The Enriched Family hourly rate is $85.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE, INITIAL CONSULT?

Yes, I provide a 15-20 minute free initial phone consultation to discuss your needs and applicable Enriched Family services. Once I have a good understanding of the scope of your project, I can provide you with an overall project estimate.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Step 1: Easy! Just contact me via the webform on the contact page, email, or phone to schedule your free, 15-minute phone consultation to discuss my services and your needs. I will follow-up our phone consultation within 2 days by sending you a project quote and contract (with a project timeline), as well as a request for any additional information needed.

Step 2: If you decide you want to proceed with the project, simply sign and email or snail mail the contract back, along with your 50% deposit (electronic payment options are available).

Step 3: As I near the completion of your project, I will contact you to schedule the final project consultation or deliverable and request your remaining payment.

Step 4: Final payment & project completion. We will have our final project consultation and/or I will submit your deliverable, incorporating any edits/changes.

HOW LONG DO YOU USUALLY WORK WITH CLIENTS?

As all services are customized, the length of projects is based on clients’ needs and budgets, as well as the complexity of the project. For projects focused on researching camps or educational options, the research is typically completed within 2 weeks. For college consulting, we may work together for a few months. Some clients may decide to work with me periodically over several years as family needs and challenges change.

Do you receive a finder’s or referral fee from the camps, schools, or other resources that you recommend?

Absolutely not; Enriched Family research and services are completely independent and tailored to clients’ needs and preferences. I want to find the best resources for your unique family. In addition, I do not accept any advertising or use any affiliate links on my site.
